This site is run by Captain Adi under the name Heading Change. This policy explains what information is collected and why, in plain language.
What we collect
This site itself has no forms, sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you get the free self-check, buy or pre-order a product, or email us.
Services we use
- Hosting (Cloudflare). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts (Google Fonts). Fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when you load a page.
- Checkout and downloads (Payhip). The free self-check and the Playbook are delivered through Payhip. Payhip collects your email address (and, for paid products, payment details) to deliver your files and receipts, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details. We never see your card details.
Emails from us
We use your email address to deliver what you asked for and to handle refunds and support. If you agree to hear from us, we may send occasional emails about preparing for airline selection and the Playbook through our email service (MailerLite). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We will never sell your details.
